The village of MTYU

Bridgemere Community Church and The Bridgemere Centre have a relationship with a group of people in a very remote village in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

We want to help them in any way we can; we want to try to twin the local schools with their school; we want to help them with their water, HIV training and health education.   They have a lot to teach us about living simply and enjoying life to the full.

The pictures in this section of the web site give you some idea of the people and the area.
