Leadership

We have a team leadership which has collective responsibility for the work of Community Church and our Community projects.

We have 3 Elders : Howard Wardle, Graeme Bunn & Hazel Mottram.

Howard Wardle is the Full time Church Leader/Elder with day to day responsibility for all areas of the life and vision of the church.

One of Howard's responsibilities is for the ongoing development of Family Groups (cells) which play a major part in the life of Community Church.

Howard spent three years at Spurgeons College in London studying for a University Diploma in Theology (Church Planting & Evangelism) and is a keen Chelsea supporter - Email

Graeme Bunn is an Elder and chairman of the Charitable Trust.  Graeme oversees the development and growth of the worship team.

Graeme trained for two years at Spurgeons in London for a Certificate in Church Planting & Evangelism, is a keen golfer and follows Manchester United - email

Hazel Mottram is an Elder responsible particularly for our 'Deeper' Team offering Biblical discipleship training using a wide range of study material. Hazel has an extended family and loves her caravan holidays

Tony Mottram leads the Children & Youth Team. 

Paul Smith leads the church Finance team.

Sheila Smith heads the Hospitality team.

Elfreide Benjamin-Osborn brings together a range of expertise in the area of provision and care of families within the church and the local community.
